NLA Private Investigator is a Georgia-licensed private investigation firm based in Atlanta and operated by Next Level Ambitions, LLC. We hold Georgia Board of Private Detective and Security Agencies license **PDSC001824**, issued under O.C.G.A. § 43-38-3, and we work for individuals, family-law and criminal-defense attorneys, and businesses across Fulton, DeKalb, Cobb, Gwinnett, and Cherokee counties, with statewide coverage available.
Our work has one purpose: evidence that holds up. Surveillance, digital forensics, background investigations, process serving, and litigation support are all documented under chain-of-custody procedures and delivered in reports your attorney can use.
About the Lead Investigator
Tieron Spear founded NLA Private Investigator and leads every engagement the firm takes on. He is the licensed principal behind license PDSC001824 and an active member of the Georgia Association of Professional Private Investigators (GAPPI), where the firm is listed for executive protection work.
Spear has 20 years in investigative and protective work, with a prior military diplomatic services (United States Marine Corps) and oil and gas (Halliburton) corporate security career. The kinds of cases handled most often by Spear were, fraud, domestic assult, sexual abuse, drug abuse and corporate espionage.
Spear is a member to two prestigous investigative organizations which are the gold standard in the industry.

Spear reviews the investigative plan on every case, supervises fieldwork, and signs the final report. When a case goes to court, he is the witness who explains how the evidence was gathered.
How We Work
**Confidential intake, 24/7.** Case submissions and text messages are answered around the clock through the secure online form and 404-668-7554. There is no charge for the initial consultation.
**A plan before any fieldwork.** Every engagement starts with an intake meeting to define the objective, the legal context, and the evidence that would actually change the outcome. If surveillance would not change the outcome, we say so.
**A retainer applied to hourly billing.** Investigations require a retainer of $1,500 to $2,000, applied against hourly billing at $100 to $150 per hour. Unused retainer funds are refunded. Retainer and scope are confirmed at intake.
**Lawful methods only.** Surveillance takes place in public spaces. We do not trespass, and we do not intercept private communications; Georgia law (O.C.G.A. § 16-11-62) forbids it and unlawfully gathered evidence is inadmissible.
**Documentation your attorney can use.** Dates, times, methods, and evidence are recorded under chain-of-custody procedures. Reports are formatted for Georgia proceedings and delivered with the supporting video and records.

Where We Meet
Our licensing and mailing address is 3525 Piedmont Road, Building 5, Suite 404, Atlanta, GA 30305. We do not take walk-in visits at that address.
